Practices start August 11, and run until September 15, 2025.
Scugog Whitecaps: Mondays, 5:30-6:30pm
Scugog Lakers: Mondays, 6:30-7:30pm
Scugog Islanders: Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm
Practice Location: Port Perry Marina
Cost: $100 per paddler
Includes 6 practices, all equipment, and race entry
